Clothing Store Invoice Template is ideal for those running clothing retailing shop or store business. On the heading section, the first section is for your own store or shop information, including a default LOGO image, your clothing store name, address, city state and zip, and web site or contact number. To the right side of your store information, there are two important fields you should fill in when creating an invoice, the invoice# and invoicing date. The next section details your customer and shipping information. In case you don't need these sections, you can simply move them out of the print area. To move a cell or a group of cells, first unprotect the invoice form, then select the cell you want to move or select the cells by dragging your mouse, then push your mouse on the border of the selected area and move it to a new location. Below the customer section there are fields for you to input various invoicing-related information, including purchase order#, sales rep. name, shipping date, shipping method, payment term, due date. Again, if you don't need to have one or more fields to appear on your invoice form, you can easily move them out of the print area. The invoice body section has 6 columns, they are: item#, description, size, quantity, unit price, line total. There is also a checkbox columns 'Taxable' located to the left of the printable invoice body. You can check or uncheck a 'Taxable' box to have the invoice template include or exclude the current item from calculating taxes. On the bottom of the invoice form, the fields provide summary information on the invoice, including sub total, total, shipping fee, taxes, total, paid and total due. A 'Notes' field allows you to write down a short comment regarding the transaction. Being an Excel-based invoicing template, all printing options can be easily customized. Open the template in Excel and then open the Page Setup dialog, where you can find various options for printing.
